  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon seven spice (or allspice)
  • 4 round pitas
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Finely chop the onions, garlic, and parsley or use a food processor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped mixture, spices, pomegranate molasses, and olive oil. Mix well.
  4. Cut each pita in half and open them to create pockets.
