  • 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare your breading station with four shallow dishes: one for milk, one for flour mixed with garlic and onion seasoning, one for ranch dressing, and one for panko mixed with dry ranch dressing.
  2. Dip each cleaned portobello mushroom cap into the milk, followed by the flour mixture, then the ranch dressing, and finally coat well with the panko mixture.
  3. Arrange the breaded mushrooms in your air fryer basket and lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side.
